Renata started her Real Estate career as a way of healing from her own mistakes in selling her house that was paid in full. She trusted a friend Realtor that let her down. She invested all the money from the sale of the house into the stock market with a financial advisor that was referred by her friend Realtor of 20 years.The financial advisor lost almost all of her money. So, overnight she found herself really depressed as a single mother. She knew she had to do something about it and not let this happen to anyone else. 

Real Estate was her calling. She heard loud and clear that God wanted her to follow this path. It took her to lose it all to gain her purpose in life. She had been in corporate sales for over 20 years and she had negotiation skills from dealing with 1-10B dollar enterprises c-level executives to innovating a remote medical device start up, dealing with negotiations from small business owners to hospital board panels.

Her mission came from helping her clients in selling and buying Real Estate. So, she decided to transfer her negotiation skills to help others like her to navigate the Real Estate industry unharmed. 

Renata is a strong dedicated advocate for her clients and she is passionate about selling their houses for top dollar in the shortest amount of time. Her goal is to maximize their profits and helping her buyers to purchase their ideal homes for not a penny more than the market value or less.
